Campus. This
is the First
LEED
Certified
building in
South
Florida. It
has achieved
a LEED Gold
level
certification.
This
impressive
facility is
73,000
square feet
and houses
classrooms
and offices.
It includes
a 3 story
lobby smoke
control
system, VAV
terminal box
systems, CO2
controlled
ventilation
system and
campus
provided
hydronic
systems that
are
processed
through
water to
water heat
exchangers.
